Has My Order Gone Through?
If you've placed an order online and have a valid email address associated with your account, you'll receive an Order Confirmation email. This email will provide a breakdown of your ordered items and a unique order number. If you haven't received this confirmation, please ensure to check your spam/junk folder and verify that your registered email address is up-to-date.
For those with registered accounts, you can view your orders by signing into your account. If you don't see your order in the My Orders section and haven't received an Order Confirmation email, it's likely that your order wasn't successful. In such cases, we recommend attempting to place your order again or reaching out to our Customer Service Team for assistance.
How Do I Amend / Cancel My Order?
If you'd like to make changes or cancel your order, kindly reach out to our Customer Services Team at sales@cutpricewholesaler.com promptly.
If your order hasn't been processed for delivery yet, we'll gladly accommodate your request.However, please note that we won't be able to modify or cancel your order once it has been processed for delivery.
Am I Able To Return a Unwanted Order?
We do not offer sale-or-return on any of our products.
Selling On Amazon?
Unfortunately, as we do not directly collaborate with Amazon, we do not have insight into which products are currently eligible for ungating. We suggest reaching out to Amazon directly or engaging with other Amazon sellers through online forums for assistance.
When making a purchase, we recommend contacting Amazon to inquire about any specific documentation they may require. If needed, you can also contact sales@cutpricewholesaler.com to verify if the necessary information is available prior to placing your order.
Please be aware that we cannot guarantee acceptance of any of our products by Amazon.
What Methods Of Payment Can I use?
We offer the following payment options:

· BACS payment / Faster Payments (Bank Transfer)
· Cheque
Please note that orders paid by BACS or cheque will be dispatched only AFTER full payment clearance.
What Is Our Credit Account Policy?
We currently do not offer credit accounts. It is something we are working on and hope to have this implemented in the near future.

Can We Donate to Your Charity?
We receive a high volume of requests on a weekly basis, and regrettably, we are unable to fulfil each one due to the sheer volume.
